Invitations and sharing

  • You can now use referral and space invitation links as stable QR-code links without worrying that they will automatically expire or rotate after a short window.
  • Fixed share preview sizing so shared task panels stay aligned with the main task page.

Projects, references, and transcripts

  • You can now open the Add references dialog directly from the project sidebar and manage saved task artifacts with fuller row actions.
  • Fixed project artifact counts so uploaded files are not mistakenly included in artifact totals.
  • You can now retry transcript refresh beside the transcript-unavailable badge for podcast resources.
  • Fixed project link renaming so display titles are used consistently.

Bots and connectors

  • You can now choose clearer Telegram and LINE creation paths, with official and custom entries separated in the bot creation flow.
  • Telegram setup now shows a simpler QR-centered connect dialog and clearer group-binding instructions.
  • LINE official-mode bot creation can now start without per-bot credentials when the shared official configuration is enabled.
  • Fixed connector category labels so localized category badges and skill tabs read correctly.

Mobile, navigation, and appearance

  • You can now install Kollab as a mobile PWA with an offline app shell.
  • The sidebar keeps New Task pinned while the rest of the navigation scrolls, making larger workspaces easier to scan.
  • The new density system reaches settings and shared skills surfaces, helping compact and comfortable layouts feel more consistent.
  • Fixed offline rendering so cached workspace data can still appear when the app starts without a network connection.
