When a Claude model declines a request in chat, bots, or scheduled tasks, you now see a clear notice in English, Chinese, Japanese, or Korean, and the same notice appears in the live conversation, in refreshed history, and on shared pages.
The turn that was declined is left out of later context, so you can keep going or rephrase your question and your next answers are unaffected.
When a specific model is temporarily unavailable, you now get a dedicated notice that says so.

Credits are settled from the usage that actually occurred, including cached tokens and the existing model rates, and nothing is charged when no usage was generated.
