Your Kollab workspace, from the command line

Some work doesn't start in a browser. It starts in a terminal.

Run agent tasks and manage projects, skills and artifacts — scriptable, in CI, or driven by an AI agent. No browser required. Each task runs on Kollab’s cloud, where the models and services are already set up.

Install

Add the agent skill

npx skills add KollabTeam/Kollab@kollab-cli

Open source. It teaches an AI agent to use the Kollab CLI. Same install as any skills.sh skill.

Install the CLI

npm i -g kollab
kollab login

The CLI itself. Install it, sign in, and you (or an agent) can run Kollab from any terminal.

The skill teaches an agent to use the CLI. The CLI does the work. You want both.

Explore the connected Kollab workflow

Kollab works best when Skills, Bots, connectors, and ready workflows reinforce each other across the same team workspace.

The acclaimed AI stack — already wired in

Most of what powers this is other people’s work — the products their fields rank at the top. Kollab signed up, paid, and wired them in, so the CLI just calls them. You bring no keys.

You’re not paying us for models. You’re skipping the part where you wire up everyone else’s.

Describe it and get the image, or hand one in to restyle. Behind it: OpenAI’s GPT Image 2 — the model that took character-accurate text to the top of Image Arena — with Google’s Nano Banana on standby. The CLI picks and falls back; you never notice.

A line of text becomes a finished shot. Routed by subject and rights across Google Veo 3 — the first to score synced audio in one pass — ByteDance’s Seedance 2, and Kuaishou’s Kling. You think about none of it.

Voice & audio

Script in, natural speech out; audio in, a clean transcript back. Speech runs on ByteDance’s Doubao engine; transcripts on Supadata, the one-call API makers trust across YouTube, TikTok and X.

3D models

3D models

A sentence or a reference image becomes a usable .glb you drop straight into a scene. Behind it: Tripo3D — text-to-3D in seconds, the tool millions of creators already use. No 3D pipeline to stand up.

Search & research

Search & research

Ask, and get current answers with sources you can open. AnySearch keeps it fresh; Tavily leads the SimpleQA leaderboard; Exa does true neural search; Jina Reader returns clean pages. The right one is already wired.

Content from any link

Paste any link — podcast, video, thread — and get the transcript and clean metadata back. TikHub covers 16 platforms through one gateway, Supadata pulls the transcript, Firecrawl turns the page into clean Markdown.

Decks & documents

Rough notes become a deck that looks designed, or a real PPTX, DOCX, XLSX, PDF when you need the file. The deck system is Guizang’s open skill — the one the Claude Code community uses to kill the “AI look”.

Design & visuals

Pages, dashboards and posters come out on-brand, not generic. This part is ours: Kollab’s own design judgment, baked in — the honest exception on a page of other people’s tools.

How it works

How it works

  1. 1Install the kollab-cli skill (for an agent) or the kollab CLI (for you).
  2. 2Sign in once.
  3. 3Run a task — it executes on Kollab’s cloud and returns the result.

No app open, no machine of yours tied up.
