Kollab CLI

• The kollab CLI can now read and control an artifact's public-sharing state, so you can turn sharing on or off straight from the command line.
• You can now set a Markdown article's cover and background image from the CLI — search Unsplash by keyword or pick from built-in presets — and adjust the article font and size.
