Smoother Assistant Conversations and Smarter Background Refresh

Send follow-up messages anytime during a longer task, and the assistant will answer them in order right after finishing the current step.
Answer the assistant's questions in a questionnaire, and it will carry straight on to complete the rest of your task.
When the system is busy, you now see an accurate message that your request is waiting, instead of a misleading timeout error.
Background tabs pause auto-refresh to save battery and data, then refresh immediately when you return.
